Ingredients for making Poha Nuggets
Poha – 1 cup
Potatoes boiled – 4-5
Cheese cubes – 15
Green chili chopped – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped – 2 tbsp
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

Poha Nuggets Recipe
Flavorful paneer nuggets are a great dish for breakfast, snacks. To make them, first clean the poha and then wash it two-three times with water and put 2-3 spoons of water in a utensil and keep it for melting. Now boil the potatoes in the cooker and then after boiling, remove their peels and mash them in a bowl. Put ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chilies, green coriander, red chili powder, black pepper powder and all other spices in the bowl.

Now mix all the things well with the potatoes and then finally add salt as per taste and mix. Now take a little of the prepared mixture in your hands and make balls out of it and put a piece of cheese in the middle and give it a square shape. Similarly prepare all the nuggets and keep them in a plate.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it. After the oil is hot, add prepared poha nuggets and deep fry them according to the capacity of the pan.
